Saint Philomena, saint of children and babies, you were martyred at the young age of thirteen for your adherence to your vows and your devotion to Christ. While your life was short, your divine intercessions have led to miracles of everlasting impact. Please confer your blessing of health and protection on the children of the world, especially [name child or baby]. Amen.

Each candle comes with a prayer to the patron saint and a prayer coin embedded in the wax. Before your first lighting, read the prayer to the patron saint, then light the candle. After the wax has burned all the way down, gently remove the coin and keep it in a place that’s meaningful to you—such as your wallet, purse, or car—as a constant reminder of faith and spiritual guidance.
