Made in the USA from dacron sailcloth with a soft, 3-strand nylon line tied into marine grommets. The starfish design is cut from insignia cloth, the same fabric used for insignias and numbers on marine sails. Zig zag stitched "hem" at the top in the same red color as the starfish.
Dimensions: 13.5 inches tall by 5 inch diameter circle bottom.
